How to bind images into a PDF

  1. 1

    Pick every image

Choose several at once, or add more later.

  2. 2

    Set the order

Drag a row by its handle. They become pages in the order shown.

  3. 3

Choose a page mode and save

Use "match image size" to keep photos as they are, or "fit to A4" for something that will be printed.

The two page modes

Match image size

Each page comes out exactly the size of its image. No margins at all, which looks clean on screen, but if the photos differ in size, so will the pages.

Good for material that will be viewed or passed along rather than printed.

Fit to A4

Every page becomes A4 with the image placed inside at its own aspect ratio. Photos of wildly different sizes still print consistently.

The margin is adjustable from 0 to 90pt. Leave a little more if the document will be stapled or hole-punched. Images are never enlarged past their original size, so a small photo will not be blown up into a blur.

Common questions

Which image formats can I use?+

JPG, PNG and iPhone HEIC. A PDF cannot hold HEIC directly, so it is turned into JPG on the way in.

My photos are in the wrong order.+

Drag the rows by their handles. The order on screen wins, regardless of file names.

The result is enormous.+

The original photos go in as-is. Run them through image compress or resize first and the PDF gets far smaller.

Is it safe for a scanned ID?+

Yes. The images are never transmitted, and the resulting PDF is built in browser memory and downloaded straight away.
