About EZPZ File

EZPZ File is a set of tools that convert PDFs, images and documents inside your browser. Your files are never uploaded.

What it does

Merging, splitting and shrinking PDFs. Changing image formats and sizes. Pulling text out of Korean documents and spreadsheets. The jobs you need once in a while at work, but not often enough to justify installing software for.

No account, everything free, no usage cap. There are ads, but they never lock a feature.

How it works without uploading

The conversion programs themselves are compiled to WebAssembly and run inside your browser. From the moment you pick a file to the moment you save the result, nothing leaves this tab.

Converted inside the browser
Your PC
The file never crosses the internet.

You can verify it. Open the network tab in developer tools (F12) and run a conversion. No upload request the size of your file appears.

Once the page has loaded it keeps working without a connection. A locked-down office network or a plane gives the same result.

What it does not do

  • It never transmits your files, so there is no such thing as a retention period.
  • It asks for no account. No email, no sign-up.
  • It does not collect or analyse the contents of your files.
  • It adds no watermark and imposes no free-tier limit.

The limits are just as real. Everything runs in browser memory, so very large files or batches of dozens depend on your machine. Heavy jobs such as turning a PDF into Word with the formatting intact are out of scope for now.

Who uses it

  • People on work or government computers where installing software is blocked
  • People handling contracts or HR files that should not go to an outside service
  • People who need to open Korean documents on a Mac or Linux machine
  • People who would rather not install anything for a one-off job
